General information
Tadacip is prescribed for erectile dysfunction treatment. It works with sexual stimulation. It enhances smooth muscle relaxation which allows increase blood flow into your penis to achieve and maintain erection.
Directions
It is recommended to take the medicine as it was prescribed by your doctor. The initial recommended dose is 20 mg per day.
Precautions
Before starting your treatment with Tadacip inform your doctor if you have cardiac disease, abnormal penis, including curved penis and birth defects of the penis, coronary artery disease, arrhythmia, angina, heart attack or heart failure, hypo- or hypertension, bleeding, stomach ulcers, diabetes, hyperlipidemia, sickle-cell anemia, liver or kidney failure in history.
Contraindications
Patients who are taking organic nitrates and patients with hypersensitivity to Tadacip can't use the medicine.
Possible side effect
Side effects can be the following: headache, muscle pain, dyspepsia, back pain, facial flushing, stomach upset, diarrhea, flu-like symptoms, nausea, low blood pressure, blurred vision and changes in color vision, and abnormal ejaculation.
Drug interaction
Tadacip can interact with alcohol, tobacco, Erythrityl Tetranitrate, Isosorbide Dinitrate, Isosorbide Mononitrate, Nitroglycerin, Pentaerythritol Tetranitrate. Levels and toxicity of Tadacip are increased by erythromycin, ketoconazole, itraconazole , indinavir and ritonavir. Inform your doctor about all medicines you may take.
Missed dose
Tadacip is used when it's needed, so it's unlikely to miss a dose.
Overdose
If you think you have overdosed the medicine seek emergency medical help at once.
Storage
Store the medicine at room temperature between 59-86 F (15-30 C) away from light and moisture.
